We can also develop Risk Analysis & Crisis Response Plans for you.  Our core staff has over 75 years of collective experience in the public service (law enforcement, fire, ems), risk analysis, and safety industries. 

Progressive Entertainment can provide you with Volunteer Training & Motivation Program.  Our VTM program is taught by a Certified Festival Executive with a background in adult education programs, that is also a 25 year veteran paramedic/peace officer.  The program is designed to provide your volunteers with useful training that will instill teamwork and enthusiasim.  Training is received in customer service, safety, personal protection, regular operations, and crisis response.  A certified Hospitality Trainer assists with this program.  The fees range with the number of volunteers, incentives given, and number of sessions required.
